If you go left, you'll hit an Ape Research Lab along the way which is a great source of Laboratory Lockers aka the most efficient storage item. (This does not work) Super far left or right there's an Avian Tomb. Careful, as the spawn is right beside a bandit camp, though if you're sufficiently well-armoured, they will do next to no damage. Rainbow hood in a chest above ground past village to right. Several rainbow chests to the left above ground and a couple in caves underground, look around with your matter manipulator to see where the tunnels continue. Glitch village + rainbow chests, not too far to the right.
Starbound planet map viewer full#
(NOT WORKING) An Avian Village with Golden Ducky, many surface chests (I found Bedouin full armor), 2 minibosses, 2 bandit camps and 1 cultist altar. Watch your step for lava, and the mini-castle inhabitants hit HARD. Glitch castle + 2 mini castles, crystal trees & chests, at least 1 miniboss. Rainbow Mini-Biome with a rainbow sword and cape, the cape can be found going left, after a while you should find a USCM Facility with a rainbow chest and cape on the entrance. Flying mini-boss to the right and right after you beam down there is a High-Tech Chest with a blank tech card. Glowy mini-biomes, to the left - surface chests with glowing bows and bio shirts. Lots of ice chests, found 2 frost shields. 2 Floran dungeons (small and big, no bone carvings :[ ). =Latest Patch: Upbeat Giraffe Stable - WINDOWS, Starbound 64Īn igloo with a campfire just when you beam down. IMPORTANT: ENTER YOUR COORDINATES UNDER THE RIGHT OS! (WINDOWS/MAC/LINUX)
IMPORTANT: CHEST CONTENTS ARE RANDOM IF THEY ARE PART OF AN INSTANCE(IN A DUNGEON) BUT THEY ARE THE SAME IN SURFACE CHESTS. 32-bit coordinates will not work with the 64-bit version of the game however, a 64-bit version of the game (whether on Mac, Linux, or Windows) should have its coordinates work fine regardless of platform, and ditto for 32-bit versions. NOTE: Coordinates are directly tied into the bit-ness of the game executable, _NOT_ the operating system. To see coordinates from previous versions that have been wiped see Starbound: Old Coordinates. NOTE: The first table has coordinates confirmed from the latest version of the game (Upbeat Giraffe Stable).
Also make sure to bookmark this page and check back for new coordinates added by the community!! No cursing or other instigations. Please share any new ones you discover by adding it to the table below. And again, make the UI look like a hand-held computer screen.ĮDIT: Actually what I'd LOVE to see is a Pip-Boy like interface (not exactly an arm computer, but Something the character pulls up like a tablet or perhaps a holographic display like the map stations in Metroid Prime) for everything, including inventory, crafting, etc.Coordinates to points of interest in Starbound You could have a short-range scanner (100ft or so) where you pull up your map, hit the scan button, and the scanner tells you if it finds life forms, metals, unnatural substances, or other anomalies, etc. You could have an upgradeable map system, where the one you start with is very barebones and only shows you a blurry rough outline and the best one shows you a lot of fine detail.Ĥ).
The UI can look very tech-ish, with radar lines and everything.ģ). You can Scan the planet before you beam down and you get a general outline silhouette of mountains/canyons/etcĢ). I would like an in-game map and I really don't think that having a map system would be "too close to Terraria", especially when we can throw things in the functionality to make it different than Terraria, and ESPECIALLY when we get more missions and story into the game (which Terraria does not have).ġ).
